Usage of this Application, Service and Delivery
Upon delivery of a Service, the User is permitted two complimentary amendments. Complimentary amendments may not include additional content or new design concepts. After complimentary amendments, all amendments will be billed at a separate rate of £5 per slide. Services with additional costs will not be initiated until the Owner receives User approval, and will be billed separately.
Upon a User’s Service approval, a file will shortly be available to download and payment for the Service is initiated.
Services are approved by the User after first delivery or complimentary amendments. If a User has not responded within 24 hours of communication being sent by the Owner in regards to Service approval, Services and any amendments are considered approved and the User’s payment card will be debited.
Service costs are subject to change should a presentation from the User not consist of fully editable charts and the use of Master Slides. Service delivery is based on receiving the first draft from the Owner. Any other dates are for reference only.
The Owner reserves the right to use third party services within its Services to the User. For example, stock imagery.
